Pacific Biodiesel was honored with the proclamation for its pioneering work in biodiesel that began 30 years ago in 1995.

The proposed facility is scaled to process 80,000 tpy of waste tires, the pyrolysis oil from which would be refined into low-carbon fuels.

The facility’s first commercial phase will be starting up at the end of 2026, with the second phase launching a year later.
