Saint Paul Commodities, a leading global player in renewable commodity trading and feedstock aggregation, announced Nov. 5 the addition of Dayne Delahoussaye as vice president of global sustainability and compliance.
Delahoussaye’s extensive experience in public policy, regulatory strategy and strategic planning will strengthen SPC’s leadership as the company navigates evolving compliance requirements and positions itself for continued success in the global market.
With a proven track record at LanzaJet and Neste, Delahoussaye has played a key role in shaping renewable fuel policies and guiding organizations through complex regulatory landscapes.
His experience includes close collaboration with policymakers and industry stakeholders, developing innovative strategies to advance the use of sustainable fuels while ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Delahoussaye joins SPC at a pivotal time within the industry.

Canada is implementing its Clean Fuel Regulations.
Europe is ramping up mandates and rolling out the Union Database for Biofuels.
Delahoussaye’s expertise will be crucial as SPC navigates these and other regulatory shifts, striving to lead in compliance and sustainability while continuing its global growth.
“As the premier U.S. feedstock aggregator, SPC is committed to being a home for exceptional talent within the renewable marketplace,” said SPC CEO Shane Grutsch.
“Dayne’s strategic vision and deep understanding of regulatory frameworks position us for continued growth both domestically and internationally,” Grutsch added. “His leadership will help SPC navigate new regulatory landscapes and solidify our role as a global leader in renewable feedstock aggregation.”
